ARAG expands with six new recruits

ARAG recruits six new staff members

To keep pace with business expansion, ARAG has recruited six new staff members across a number of departments.

Melody Kiernan has joined as a product development analysis; having just graduated from University of West England with a First degree in Mathematics. Melody will be responsible for analysing and reporting on a variety of insurance data sets.

Yvette Spooncer joins as a BTE underwriting assistant, having previously worked in admin/customer service roles. Yvette will now assist in the production of BTE literature.

Jordan Ridd comes from a legal expenses insurance background having previously worked for DAS Legal Expenses. Jordan joins as a senior claims handler.

Alistair Burns recently graduated from University of West England with an upper second class degree in Law. Before joining ARAG, Alistair was a volunteer trainee advisor for the Citizens Advice Bureau. Alistair joins the BTE claims team as a claims handler.

Clare Burden-Austin has comes from a marketing background having previously worked at Skanska Residential Development UK and she is now part of the marketing team as a marketing assistant.

Jenna Clarke who previously worked for The Co-operative Legal Services for 5 years as a paralegal, prior to that a claims handler. Jenna is now responsible for personal injury claims as a senior claims handler.

Managing director Tony Buss said “Over the past 12 months we’ve rapidly grown our business and so it’s important that we strengthen departments to ensure that we maintain our customer service standards”.
