Cross border litigation in the EU – Which law applies?

Determining which law applies to cross border cases in the EU is one of the two key issues in determining the outcome of a case and strategies to be adopted. Incorrect advice as to the applicable law may have significant consequences.

MBL’s full day course will provide a thorough review of the EU rules for choice of law in civil and commercial disputes and will give those attending the opportunity to apply the rules to various case studies.

Covering both contractual and non contractual obligations, the course is taking place in Manchester and London later this year and amounts to 6 CPD hours. Please click the link above for the full course outline.
