Legal bodies unite in call for peers to oppose changes to judicial review costs

Two’s company: insurance litigator becomes second legal executive judge
Thursday, 26 September 2013An insurance litigator has become only the second chartered legal executive to become a judge since appointments were opened up in 2008. He has been appointed a deputy district judge on the South Eastern Circuit.
