CJC calls for tight QOCS rule, not judicial discretion
Monday, 16 July 2012The rule committee needs to draft a tight definition of qualified one-way costs-shifting, rather than grant wide judicial discretion as originally envisaged by Lord Justice Jackson, the Civil Justice Council has recommended.
