CMC hit with £850,000 fine for hearing loss nuisance calls
Wednesday, 2 December 2015A claims management company which made nearly 6m nuisance calls in only seven months about claims for noise-induced hearing loss has been fined £850,000 by the Claims Management Regulator. It is the biggest fine imposed so far.
