High Court approves first application to transfer case to shorter trials scheme
Tuesday, 23 February 2016The High Court has approved the first application to transfer a case started in the normal way into the shorter trials scheme. Under the scheme, cases are managed by a docketed judge, with trials limited to four days and summary costs instead of costs budgeting.

City lawyers back £10m threshold for Rolls Building ‘financial list’ cases

Chancery Division review highlights cost to judiciary of Jackson reforms
